Indonesia 2020. Best selling cars ranking

Indonesia’s best-selling car in 2020 up to August is still the Toyota Avanza despite crumbling down at 7.8% of market share, while the Honda Brio landed in 2nd place. The Toyota Calya enters the top 10 with a stunning performance and conquers 4.7% share, while the Mitsubishi Xpander falls 2 spots, down to 5th position.
In 2020, the market leader is still the Toyota Avanza, which dominated for the entire decade, despite having lost 11 points of share since 2013. Indeed, it is now at 7.8% market share with 23.099 units sold.
In second place, the Honda Brio -up 2 spots-, reaching 7.3% of market share with 21.607 units, ahead of the Suzuki Carry Pick up -up 5 spots- with 6.8% share and 20.275 sales, followed by the Toyota Kijang with 5.9%.
The Mitsubishi Xpander fell in 5th position – with 5.8% – ahead of the Daihatsu Sigra with 5.6%, the Toyota Rush with 5.3% and the fast-growing Toyota Calya with 4.7% share.
Closing the top 10, we find the Daihatsu Grand Max PU with 4.7% and the Daihatsu Ayla with 3%.
